THE STAFF

rory about

Rory has been spinning wrenches at Revolution since 2005, when we rescued him from the flatlands of Lethbridge AB.  A certified bike mechanic on paper and a true professional in the flesh, Rory is famous for diagnosing the problem with a bike from across the room. He is into the scene no matter what that scene might be.   Witness his quiver of bikes that include just about every type imaginable.  He's also responsible for Rossland's extensive Fat bike grooming program!

 Nate about

Originally from Quesnel, Nate came to us in 2009 fresh out of a 2 year stint in Australia where he worked in a couple different shops.  Having lived and ridden in both Golden and Kamloops before Oz, we’re always amazed at the amount of visitors to Rossland who walk in and say ‘hey Nate!’ Always quick with a story and a laugh, Nate self describes himself as a guy whose into ‘anything gravity related!'

jrad

Jarrad made the good call and left Edmonton behind and has been taking advantage of all the Kootenay's have to offer for the last 10 years.  He's our main man when it comes to serious road credentials as well as our chief wheelbuilder, but he's handy at anything we throw at him, including all the computer issues we have.

Olly Parnham, originally from Newcastle Oz had the itch to ski some fine pow and ride BC's famous trails.   He landed himself a Canadian gal and is now happily settled in Rossland and has been pulling serious wrench for us since 2021 after having worked at multiple shops around the world.

Bikes have been in Tyler's blood for a long time, having built himself his first set of BMX wheels in Grade 6 when mountain bikes weren’t even on the radar.  Ty and Caro started Revolution in 2004 after returning home after 6 years in the bike biz in France.  He hasn’t forgotten the most important part of any bike shop is the service department and is known to indulge his tool fetish any chance he can.

Originally from la Belle Province, Caro ended up in Rossland when she got tired of freezing her ass off in the Laurentians and came west for some Kootenay pow.  She has the broadest job description at Revolution where she takes care of everything that doesn’t have two wheels.... which is a lot, we’d be in big trouble without her! When not in the shop she can be found dominating the women's BC Cup DH series.
